Making a difference in Dublin

12.16.2014

Making Connections was contacted by Dublin South FM, community radio station to take part in a documentary series called ‘Making a Difference’ about people and organisations making a significant impact in the community. Mary O’Donohue Executive Director spoke about the loneliness older people feel when connections are cut and Esther Seoighe, a volunteer with the charity spoke about the rewarding side of volunteering, how easy it is to give just an hour a week and the huge difference an hour can make to someone who is feeling isolated.
